Newlyn is a bustling fishing village with some traditional Cornish pubs surrounding the picturesque commercial harbour and it is one of the finest places in the country to source beautiful fresh fish direct from the market. To the west lies Mousehole which has become famous for its great Christmas harbour lights and to the east, Penzance, and an expanse of golden sandy beaches that lead around Mounts Bay to the spectacular St Michaels Mount. Lands End, Lamorna Cove, the Minack Theatre, St Ives, Sennen Cove and a plethora of fantastic walks, beaches and amazing coastline, steeped with the history of tin mining, wrecking and smuggling, are all within a short drive. A holiday at Hen Noweth can be as action-packed or as tranquil as you wish.

Ground Floor only: Studio bedroom with 4’6″ bed, sink area with storage underneath, dining area with stools, dual aspect with windows to front and rear. Wet room with shower, WC and hand basin.
Facilities & Services
Heating is via gas central heating with radiators. There is a combi microwave and oven, portable 2 ring hob, under counter combined fridge / freezer, a kettle and toaster. Unlimited WiFi access to free high-speed broadband is available at the property. There is a hairdryer.
Miscellaneous
Electricity, heating, bed linen, towels are all included; you will need to bring your own beach towels. There is no designated parking for Hen Noweth, but there are nearby quay car parks, where there are daily charges, payment can be made through Cornwall Councils “Just Park” app, or you may be able to find parking in the back streets. Hen Noweth is no smoking. One, well-behaved dog is welcome for the small additional price of £30 per week, however, your dog must not be left unattended in the property.
